Join Dee, Elena and Kailey at The Yoga Loft, 462 Adelphia Road, Freehold on Friday, June 23, 6pm as we welcome the growing warmth of the sun. Celebrate the joy of long sunny days. We’ll honor the season by Calling the Directions a spiritual practice embraced by indigenous people around the world, followed by a meditation to guide us in creating our intentions with the sounds of a gentle beat of the drum, This is a great time to pause, reflect and slow down. We will welcome into our lives intentions and each student will create their own summer solstice keepsake, a beautiful crystal sun catcher. Students will be invited to let go of what no longer serves them through a Releasing Burn Ceremony. As we prepare to close our circle and our Solstice Celebration, we will light a Sun Candle to remind us to keep our inner fire of transformation burning within our hearts. Please bring your journal and yoga mat.
