Seven-week Winter Series: Two, one-hour Qigong classes are available on Tuesdays beginning January 24, 1pm or 2:30pm.For more details about Qigong and these classes, please check the website www.qigongforgoodhealth.org you may sign up online. According to UUCMC guidelines for Covid, masking is optional. Students are well-spaced and the Earth Room has a state-of-the-art air filtration system. Cost: $70 for seven sessions.
