At The Yoga Loft, 462 Adelphia Rd, Freehold, NJ, Friday, March 12th 6-7:30pm with Dianne and Tara. In this workshop, the focus will be on meditations based on Christ’s passion, death, and resurrection. Short yoga sequences will follow each meditation. Appropriate religious music will be played on the flute as students take restorative poses in between meditations and yoga sequences. All the meditations are taken from the scriptural Stations of the Cross. Please bring your mat and blanket. Register early as space is limited to 7 students.
