Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is fast becoming a new Superpower!

The lymphatic System is both our Immune System and Detoxing System. I like to describe MLD as like getting an oil and filter change for our cars, but for our bodies.

This is a very gentle treatment, using The Vodder Technique, activating the whole body’s lymph system. There’s also a treatment for just the head neck and face. Helpful in treating sinus problems, migraine, face pain/pressure, tinnitus and concussion.

MLD can also be extremely beneficial before and after surgery. Cleaning out your lymph nodes before surgery will help with excess swelling after surgery.
