Dimensions of Balance

Are you carrying around a lot of excess stress? Many of us like to just “push through” the day, focusing on activities and just getting things done while pushing issues to the side. However, following this practice does not always address the stress we are experiencing. Ignoring the energy we receive throughout our daily activities can actually introduce more stress onto our shoulders; forcing ourselves to consciously avoid these issues adds more emotional, and often physical, energy to the impact we are already experiencing. Following the principles of energy, if energy cannot be created or destroyed, it’s time to transform it so that we can get rid of it! Acknowledging the issue and releasing the excess energy is a good way to improve our own state of balance.

 

Changing our habits to acknowledge the issues we face and ground the energies we receive from them helps us to avoid receiving more stress. Why try to work through fifty personal issues at the same time when we can work on two or three and give ourselves permission to release the attachments to the rest, just like working on a project at work?
