Ayurveda and Yoga for Immune Boosting & Stress Management

Ayurveda is a Sanskrit word derived from two roots: ayur, which means life, and veda, which means knowledge. It is the traditional medicine of India and one of the Vedic sciences along with its more widely known sister science yoga. It is a holistic medicine, it is the oldest continuously practiced medicine in the world. It teaches us that one of the best ways to stay healthy, is to take care of ourselves and boost our immune system.

In this workshop, we'll learn Ayurvedic and yogic techniques and practices for strengthening the immune system, and reducing stress and anxiety.
