Gather at The Yoga Loft, 462 Adelphia Road, Freehold on Sunday, March 20, 12:30pm to 2:30pm. That’s when Dee and Lydia will host an evening that begins with a gentle, guided meditation through the chakra’s allowing us to relax and open up to creativity. There will be a one-word blessing as we light a candle celebrating being together in community.
With beautiful hand-cut crystals, each one representing the color of a chakra and a silver chain bracelet, Lydia will teach us valuable jewelry techniques as we create our own one-of-a-kind chakra bracelet. As we put together our bracelets, we will set an intention in each crystal. No knowledge about chakra’s or experience is necessary
