Enjoy an afternoon of rejuvenation and relaxation. Restorative Yoga allows us to give back to ourselves. Asanas are held for a longer period of time, following pranayama, or breathwork into relaxation while the body is supported by props. We begin to notice the subtle sensations of the body.
Reiki Master, Elena will be sharing her gift of Reiki, energy healing with everyone all the while being enveloped in the beautiful sound of the crystal bowls receiving benefits through sound healing and energy modalities.
