Reiki is one type of energy work available at Ritual and is often incorporated in a massage therapy session. Reiki focuses on creating a safe space for allowing meditation, calming of the mind, and relaxing the nervous system. This process encourages flow of stagnant energy, and balance of the Chakras. Other types of energy work may include sound healing using tuning forks or shamanic rattles.
