Enter the enchanting world of plants with Patty Turner on Saturday, February 26, 12:30pm at The Yoga Loft, 462 Adelphia Road in Freehold. That when you’ll learn how plants can nourish both body and soul and also discover a few of their secrets and magic. We’ll participate in a special tea ceremony and make some healing tea bags for you to take home to create your own ceremonies.
We’ll explore and learn about the physic gardens of old. What was planted and why. You’ll see how easily you can grow your own.
Discover the Spiritual side of plants and how they were used in rituals and ceremonies. Create your own botanical meditation bag that you can use at home to heighten your own practice, along with discovering the secret language of flowers and herbs and how they were used to send messages. Make your own special card with the unique message you wish to share with someone.
There will be written handouts with some practical information as well as some mythical plant storytelling. Remember to bring your journal.
