Their group sessions are completely confidential which means that your information will not be shared outside of the group therapy setting. Common topics of conversations are assertiveness, resilience, self-care, boundary setting, and soon-to-offer eating disorders.


In addition, Balance Wellness offers many other services in combination with therapy to heal both the mind and the body. They offer guided meditation classes two nights a week which provides an opportunity to focus on the present moment, quiet the mind, and relax the body.
